Let me break it down on how much it cost.
The motherboard cost $36 on ebay
Ram cost $80 for 2x 2gb 6400U sticks on ebay
Graphics cost $60 on Craigslist
Case cost $55 on geeks.com
26"Inch Asus screen(Not in picture) Cost $60 on Craigslist
Hard drive cost like $30 or $40 on ebay
The quad probably cost the same.
It probably came close to $400+

I don't think Underground has any steam games so he can't find out his steam ID... unless there is another way to figure it out.

Can you build me a computer?
Umm if he doesn't have any steam games then I'll just pass him.
